First Annual Golf Outing

We hope you can join us for our first annual golf tournament on Monday, August 30, 2010 at Easton Country Club (Easton, MA). As indicated on the registration form, you can sign up as an individual ($125/golfer) or as a foursome ($500/foursome). It's a scramble format, so you'll play each person's best ball (and you most likely won't have to worry about hitting out of the woods!).

Family Outing at Kimball Farm

Last Sunday, June 6, 30 families braved the dire weather report and joined DADS at Kimbal Farm in Westford. Despite the ugly weather forcasts, we were spared any rain until after ice cream was served. Everyone I spoke with appeared to have a great time and we were able to meet some new friends.

NDSC Conference July 16-18

The DADS National group would like to know who is attending the NDSC Conference on July 16-18 at Walt Disney World, Florida. They are not presenting, but do plan on having an exhibit. They would love to have some Massachusetts members work the booth, hang out and maybe they will have an informal DADS gathering while there.

DADS Welcomes You To 2010

2010 looks to be a very productive year for DADS.  We are going to be funded through the MDSC and are planning a fund-raiser/event/outing for each month (except January).  On Wednesday, January 20, DADS held its first meeting of 2010 at John Harvard's Brew House in Framingham.  Our guest for this meeting was Dr. Brian Skotko.  There was a great turn out and several wives of DADS members were also there.

New Committees Formed

On Sept. 23, 20 DADS members came together at John Harvard's in Framingham and set  up committees for fiscal year 2010.  It was voted to keep the executive board, budget committee and website committee the same.  The following additional committees were formed and there are still positions available if you are willing to participate.
