We hope you can join us for our first annual golf tournament on Monday, August 30, 2010 at Easton Country Club (Easton, MA). As indicated on the registration form, you can sign up as an individual ($125/golfer) or as a foursome ($500/foursome). It's a scramble format, so you'll play each person's best ball (and you most likely won't have to worry about hitting out of the woods!).
There will be team prizes for first, second and last place as well as closest to the pin and longest drive contests. The registration fee covers the greens fee and cart, as well as access to the driving range (unlimited balls), continental breakfast, and a buffet lunch after the round. We certainly encourage you to bring other family members to the lunch after the tournament ($20/person for the buffet lunch, kids 12 and under eat free). The golf tournament will begin at 8:30 am (shotgun start) and the lunch should start around 1:30 pm. We'll also have silent auction items and a raffle right after the lunch.
The field is limited to 144 golfers (36 foursomes) so in order to secure a spot, please complete the registration form on the second page and return it to Shawn Hogan with your payment as soon as possible (checks should be made out to MDSC with a note for DADS Golf Tournament in the memo field.
We'll be selling "mulligans" for $5 each on the day of the tournament but players who send in payment before July 31 will receive two free mulligans.
